The Conceptual Plans & Shell Design

In the Conceptual Planning Phase, we capture your input and desires and conduct a needs analysis.  This allows us to check feasibility and ballpark estimates for budgets and timelines, generate floor plan concepts to meet your individual needs, determine your investment estimate and project timeline.

The Shell Design Phase aligns your floorplan needs with Prevost slide room placement, window placement, and shell detailed specifications like output retarder, EMirrors, etc.  In this Phase, we will also do an exterior paint analysis to determine the best fit for both the paint scheme design and the actual paint application.

The Exterior Paint Design

Innovation in Exterior Design

The Exterior Paint Design Phase is an exciting one.  Whether you are working with our in-house designer, Prevost's designer, or one of our Partner designers, seeing your exterior paint scheme come to life is an exciting milestone.

The design process typically begins with either an inspiration image or a conversation to better understand the design direction.  Color preferences, linear, angled or curved line work, simple or complex design, specific logos or pattern elements - these are all considered during the process.  Rough sketches move to concepts that are then fine tuned to create your one-of-a-kind paint design.

Coach 1356's paint design began with the color blue and a wish for incorporating a circular shape.  More than 30 renditions were considered before selection of the final design.

Conceptual Interior Designs

The Conceptual Design Phase is a true discovery phase.  We get a better understanding of your design style and lifestyle which is critical to ensure that we create a space that you'll love.  In this phase, we gather inspiration images, discuss likes and dislikes, and confirm your aesthetic direction.  Multiple conceptual designs are presented in variations to your aesthetic.  These designs are professionally curated, have interchangeably cohesive pieces, and elements of surprise to delight and push your vision.  It is so comforting to be able to confidently mix elements from all of the concepts to create your unique vision.
