Service for Featherlite Coaches and Other Prevost Conversions

Featherlite Coaches performs service work on Featherlite motorcoaches and can also service other Prevost conversions.

Because we know our own coaches inside and out, Featherlite customers receive scheduling priority. That said, if you own another Prevost conversion and need experienced support, our team may be able to help depending on shop capacity, parts availability, and the nature of the service request.

Ownership Support

In some situations, Featherlite may be able to send a technician on the road for emergency support. Because availability depends on scheduling, location, and the nature of the issue, this service is not always guaranteed.

Featherlite also often has service technicians in attendance at Featherlite rallies. If you would like service performed during a rally, please schedule in advance so our team can review your needs and bring the appropriate parts whenever possible.

If your service needs are specifically related to the Prevost chassis, additional support is available through the Prevost service network. Prevost Action Service System (PASS) is a 24/7/365 support resource for customers in the U.S. and Canada, providing assistance with emergency coordination, towing arrangements, technical guidance, service appointments, and parts support. PASS representatives can be reached anytime at 1-800-463-7738.

Owners can also use the Prevost Service Locator Mobile App to find the nearest Prevost service provider in North America. The app includes information on Prevost service centers and 165+ Prevost-certified service providers, with search by current location, state, or province. It is available on iTunes and Google Play in English, French, and Spanish.
